The colour isn't exactly the same as on screen?
Monitor and screen resolutions are all different and actual product colour may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Are the watercolours toxic?
No they are not, however I would not recommend eating them.
The colour I wanted is out of stock! Will you be restocking it?
Unless otherwise stated, I will restock colours that happen to sell out and become out of stock. If for some reason some of my ingredients and materials are either backordered or discontinued, I will post an update on the blog. Same applies for colours that are discontinued.
How long are production times for restocking?
My paints take an average 5-8 days to make and dry. I pour the paint into the pans in small layers at a time so they they can dry evenly. Each layer needs to be dry before I can pour the next, otherwise it might not dry properly. Once they are filled up and dried they will be relisted.
How long are processing times after an order has been placed?
Unless otherwise stated, processing times are about 2-5 business days.
